簡短版本：我們不蒐集你的任何個人資料。你的足跡與收藏存在你自己的 iCloud， 我們看不到；你的位置只留在手機裡，從不上傳。唯一會接觸到你裝置資訊的， 是顯示廣告的 Google AdMob——而只要購買「支持開發」，連廣告都不會載入。
一、我們蒐集什麼
我們自己不蒐集任何資料。這個 App 沒有帳號、沒有登入、沒有我們自己的伺服器。以下逐項說明：
足跡與收藏
你造訪過哪些地方、收藏了哪些點位，存放在你自己的 iCloud 私有資料庫。 這是 Apple 提供的機制，資料綁在你的 Apple ID 上，開發者沒有任何存取權限。 換手機或重裝 App 時會自動回來；你也可以隨時在 iOS 的「設定 → Apple ID → iCloud」中刪除。
位置
用來在地圖上顯示你附近的建築、計算距離、以及確認打卡。 位置只在你的裝置上使用，不會傳送到任何地方，我們也不會儲存。 你可以拒絕定位權限，App 的其他功能都能正常使用。
購買紀錄
「支持開發・移除廣告」的交易完全由 Apple 的 App Store 處理。 我們只會收到「這個 Apple ID 有沒有購買過」這個是非值， 拿不到你的姓名、付款方式或任何個人資料。
景點資料
App 會定期下載更新的景點資料庫。這是單向下載， 請求中不夾帶任何足以識別你的資訊。
二、第三方服務
Google AdMob（廣告）
未購買「支持開發」的使用者，會在「我的」分頁看到一則橫幅廣告。 廣告由 Google AdMob 提供，Google 會為了投放與計費而處理下列資訊：

追蹤透明度（ATT）
首次啟動時，iOS 會詢問你是否允許追蹤。 你可以拒絕，App 的所有功能都不受影響——差別只在於你看到的廣告是否個人化。 你隨時可以在「設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 追蹤」中更改。
歐盟與英國的使用者會另外看到一個同意表單（Google UMP）， 用來符合 GDPR 的要求。
Apple 翻譯
景點介紹的翻譯功能使用 Apple 內建的翻譯服務。 在支援 Apple Intelligence 的裝置上，翻譯完全在裝置端進行。 其他情況下由 Apple 的翻譯服務處理，適用 Apple 隱私權政策。
三、如何不看到廣告
購買一次性的「支持開發・移除廣告」之後，App 不會初始化廣告 SDK、 不會請求追蹤授權、也不會顯示任何同意表單。 整條廣告流程完全不執行。
四、兒童
本 App 並非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，我們也不會刻意蒐集兒童的任何資料。
五、資料來源與授權
App 內的文化資產資料來自中華民國文化部文化資產局的公開資料， 依政府資料開放授權條款釋出。 完整的來源與授權標示可在 App 內的「我的 → 資料與影像來源」查看。
六、政策變更
本政策若有變更，會更新本頁最上方的日期。 涉及資料處理方式的重大變更，會在 App 內告知。

Short version: We collect nothing about you. Your visits and favourites live in your own iCloud, which we cannot see. Your location never leaves your phone. The only party that touches your device information is Google AdMob, which serves the banner ad — and buying "Support Development" stops the ad SDK from loading at all.
1. What we collect
We collect no data ourselves. This app has no accounts, no sign-in, and no server of our own.
Visits and favourites
Which places you have visited and saved is stored in your own private iCloud database. This is Apple's CloudKit private database: the data is tied to your Apple ID and the developer has no access to it. It follows you to a new phone automatically, and you can delete it at any time under Settings → Apple ID → iCloud.
Location
Used to show nearby buildings on the map, calculate distances, and confirm check-ins. Your location is used on your device only. It is never transmitted and never stored by us. You may decline location access; everything else in the app still works.
Purchases
The "Support Development · Remove Ads" purchase is handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We receive only a yes/no entitlement — never your name, payment method, or any personal detail.
Heritage data
The app periodically downloads an updated database of sites. This is a one-way download; the request carries no information that could identify you.
2. Third-party services
Google AdMob (advertising)
Users who have not purchased "Support Development" see one banner ad on the Profile tab. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which processes the following in order to deliver and bill for ads:

This data is processed by Google; we see only aggregate earnings figures. See the Google Privacy Policy.
App Tracking Transparency
On first launch, iOS asks whether you allow tracking. You may decline and every feature still works — the only difference is whether the ads you see are personalised. You can change this at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Users in the EU and UK are additionally shown a consent form (Google UMP) for GDPR compliance.
Apple Translation
Translation of site descriptions uses Apple's built-in translation. On devices that support Apple Intelligence, translation runs entirely on-device. Otherwise it is handled by Apple's translation service under the Apple Privacy Policy.
3. How to see no ads
After the one-time "Support Development · Remove Ads" purchase, the app does not initialise the ad SDK, does not request tracking permission, and shows no consent form. The entire advertising path is skipped.
4. Children
This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
5. Data sources and licensing
Heritage data comes from the open data of the Bureau of Cultural Heritage, Ministry of Culture, Republic of China (Taiwan), released under the Open Government Data License. Full attribution is available in the app under Profile → Data & Image Sources.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated. Material changes to how data is handled will be announced in the app.
